Members Year End Incentive Program
NBHA Arizona District 02

This program is designed to enhance membership involvement in addition to Year End point totals.  It is no way intended to replace year-end award NBHA point total winners!  No member may win the saddle two years in a row.

This program is intended for all members to have a chance for an additional year-end prizes!   Any time you work or place in a pointed show you will earn one point toward the incentive program, so you can see how easy it is to be in the incentive program!

How points are earned for the Incentive Program:

·         ½ point for every 5.00 you spend at a sponsor (max. 30 points for large feed bills & max. of 100 points for large purchases such as saddles, trucks, etc.)

·         1 point each time you place in a sanctioned show

·         1 point each time you work a show

·         10 points for each new member you sign up

·         20 points when you sign up a 200.00 sponsor

·         50 points when you sign up a 500.00 sponsor

·         100 points when you sign up a 1000.00 sponsor

·         200 points when you sign up a 2000.00 sponsor

Prizes:

·         1^st Place   Custom Barrel Saddle

·         2^nd Place   Custom Awards

·         3^rd Place   Custom Awards

·         4^th Place   Custom Awards

*Sponsor sign up program:

Sponsorship Program cost to sponsors 200.00, 500.00, 1000.00, 2000.00

Sponsors will receive the following benefits by sponsoring our district year-end awards fund:

·         Our members will do business with the sponsor to earn points toward the incentive program awards

·         Sponsor will be listed in all show flyers, website, so all members know where who they are where they are located

·         Sponsor may advertise at all shows if they provide us a banner or brief write up for the announcer at every show once they sign up

·         Sponsor may attend all shows with a booth, free of charge

·         All money donated will go toward Year-End Award prizes and Year-End Banquet in December

·        Sponsor will be invited to the Year-End Awards to help with presentation of awards
